Chapter 6: Greed's Past. their love.





"It..Its Beautiful.. i mean, your house.." -Misa slides her finger along the leather sofa.-

" I know.. but Now.. Its so silent."

"Well. Where can we get food ?" -Leon tried to distract Greed from misa's comment.-

-Greed sighed.- "I think theres some in the kitchen carboard."

-Leon walked into the kitchen while misa sits beside Greed.-

"hey.. you okay ? Im sorry about my comment just now.. it was.. stupid." -Misa sighed reaching for her jacket to take it off. she threw it on the coffe table.-

"No.. Its okay.. Sometimes, i think im lucky to not see all this. this horror, so it doesn't pain me that much. I Remember when i last saw a zombie. the last thing i saw.. was my younger brother.. covered in blood. begging for his life." -Greed sighed as he lowers his head and supports it with his hand.- "Yet.. Yet.. ALL I DID WAS RUN." -He kicked the floor. and broke down, still surpporting his head with his hand in fusfration.- " I...I Wasn't strong enough.. I ran. and left him there.."


-Misa placed her hands over Each of Greed's shoulders, massaging him abit, she leans to his ears and whispered- "Its okay hun. its not your fault.. The only thing you had to do was run. that would be what your brother want." -she rubs her hands over Greed's muscular arm up and down , comforting him-


-Greed sighed and went upstairs.- "Thanks anyway misa. But im heading to bed." -He faked a smile and went up. As the door shut behind him-


-Misa sighed and leaned back to the sofa while Leon walks out from the kitchen with a bowl filled with chips covered with cheese.- "hey.. You okay ?" -Leon placed the bowl down on the small table. misa placed a hand over her forehead. shaking her head.-

"im so hopeless. i shouldn't have speaked." -she lets out a sigh.

"Its not your fault." -Leon smiles at her- "well, this is all i can do since im such a non-cooking guy." -He laughs out aloud Looking at her charming eyes.-

"Hah, noobie !" -she laughs and looks at the bowl-

-Greed entered his room , his head turned up to wedding picture above his bed and sighed. he thought to himself...Sigh, if only i could see that picture.. If only i knew where she was.... he placed his lance beside the bed and hopped on to bed, slowly drifting off to sleep.-

-Leon placed his hole arm over the head of the sofa, bending it at the elbow to support his head as he leaned over sitting nearer to her facing her.- "hmm.. so tell me. what was your parents like ?"

"To tell the truth, my dad's a demon fox. Even thou i carry demon slayers blood. my mother is a priest. my dad died long ago, he was killed by the village people. As my mother and father's love was not "allowed" when he died, my mother was already expecting me. so, she gave birth to me and raised me up, oh and i had to hide my ears. i have fox ears. did you know ?" -she smiled-

"w...wait. wha ?" -Leon's mouth fell open.-

-Misa Rubs her hands against the side of the head. and FOX EARS !. they popped out. she twitched them abit.-

"What the... Are they real ??!!"

"how do you think i twitch them ?" -she twitched them and she folded them back again-

"why did you fold them back?" -Leon asked , still stunned.-

"Well, it freaks people out.. This village kid , saw them when i was washing my hair. He freaked out.. told the hole village, my and my mother were kicked out.. Almost killed acctually. So.. we started life in the city. we thought it was going to be fine. she found work in the mall. i was well with the people around.. Then, the invasion had to come.. on the day of the invasion... i lost her.. she's missing now.." -Misa let out a sigh, with her back on the sofa, she turned to face Leon. She didn't notice how close he was sitting untill she turned, she could feel his warmness, his breath blowing from the top onto her hair. The other side of Leon's hand reached up to pat her head. stroking her abit.-

"I like you just the way you are. fox ears. half demon.. i don't care." -just as he finished, She blushed and leaned onto his chest. It seemed to her as if his hand was really big and warm, his muscular chest comfortable, hearing his heartbeat....beat......beat.... Leon's hand reach down to her face it felt to him like her face was baby soft, His hands slided down her face, down to her chin. just grabbing her chin with his thumb and side of index finger gently, pulling her face up just beneth his. She could feel his warm mint breath, blowing on her smooth face. It Was so silent, They could hear each other's Heart beats. he leaned closer to her, and his wet, full lips pressed against her warm, tight lips. that kiss seemed like it lasted forever. but it was only for a split second.. He let his hand go.

"uh..uh.. im sorry i just.." -he Placed his hand over his head. laughing in embaresment.-

"shh.." -she reached out for his neck, pulling him close to kiss him again.........................
